Hot Honey Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 12 ounces green beans trimmed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up on the pan and surround with halved baby potatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic.
  4. Brush half of the hot honey mixture over the chicken and potatoes, then season everything with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast for 25 minutes, then add green beans to the pan and brush everything with remaining hot honey mixture.
  6. Continue roasting for 10-12 more minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature and skin is crispy and caramelized.
