Hot Chocolate Marshmallow Pops

When it comes to marshmallows, think about chocolate-covered marshmallows that go with the cocoa and milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 12 lollipop sticks

Method
 

  1. Push a lollipop stick into each large marshmallow.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. Dip each marshmallow into the chocolate to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and press a few mini marshmallows on top.
  5. Stand upright to set, then wrap and serve with a mug of hot milk for stirring.

Notes

Wrap them in cellophane and they make adorable little gifts.
