Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup sriracha

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk flour and water into a batter, then dip each floret and roll in panko.
  3. Arrange florets on the sheet and bake 22 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Warm honey and sriracha together in a small pan.
  5. Toss the baked cauliflower in the glaze.
  6. Return to the oven 5 minutes to set, then serve.

Notes

Spread the florets out so they don't steam; crowding is the enemy of crispy.
