Ingredients

  • 7 lb bone-in spiral ham
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cloves

Method

  1. Place the spiral ham cut-side down in the crockpot.
  2. Whisk together the honey, brown sugar, pineapple juice, Dijon, and cloves.
  3. Pour the glaze evenly over the ham, working some between the slices.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, basting with the glaze once or twice if you can.
  5. Transfer to a platter and spoon the thickened glaze over the slices before serving.

Notes

If your ham is too tall for the lid, trim the bottom to help it sit flat.
