Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Season the thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high and sear the thighs 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Stir together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet and simmer 5-7 minutes, spooning it over the chicken until thick and glossy.
  5. Divide into containers and drizzle with extra sauce from the pan.

Notes

Thighs stay juicier than breasts for meal prep, so don't be afraid to size up the batch.
