Holiday Trifle Cups

Cake layers in single-serve festive cups with whipped cream and berries.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cubed pound cake
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate shavings

Method
 

  1. Drop a layer of cubed pound cake into the bottom of each clear cup.
  2. Spoon a layer of whipped cream over the cake.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the cups are full, ending with whipped cream.
  5. Top with white chocolate shavings and a single berry, then chill until serving.

Notes

Use clear cups so all those pretty layers show off.
