Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Total Time 32 minutes
Servings: 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
  • Diced red bell pepper for garnish

Method

  1. Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil over high heat, then remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely, about 10 minutes. Peel the eggs carefully.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks to a medium bowl. Arrange egg white halves on a serving platter.
  4. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Use a piping bag with a star tip for a prettier presentation!
  6. Garnish with paprika, fresh herbs, and diced red bell pepper to create festive red and green colors. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
