Ham and Swiss Cheese Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

These sliders are one of the most requested recipes at every potluck and shower ever, and for good reason — they're impossible not to love. Bake them right in the pan they're assembled in, so cleanup is easy. The buttery poppy seed topping is the secret weapon.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
  3. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom half, then replace the top half.
  4. Whisk together melted butter, Dijon, poppy seeds, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls evenly.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
  7. Pull apart and serve warm.
