- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the chicken breasts, making sure they are well coated.
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the pineapple salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Season with salt to taste and mix well.

Notes
