Grilled BBQ Ranch Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing to create your tangy BBQ ranch sauce.
  3. Brush the chicken tenders with olive oil and sprinkle them with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill the chicken tenders for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  5. During the last minute of grilling, brush the chicken tenders with the BBQ ranch sauce.
  6. Remove the tenders from the grill and give them one last brush of the BBQ ranch sauce before serving.
  7. Serve hot with additional ranch dressing or BBQ sauce on the side if desired.

Notes

For an extra smoky flavor, you can use smoked paprika instead of garlic powder. These tenders are fantastic served with a side of coleslaw or roasted vegetables. If you prefer baking, you can also cook these tenders in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, brushing with the sauce halfway through.
