Gooey Air Fryer Brownies

Brownies baked in the air fryer feature rich chocolatey flavor, fudgy texture, and an oozy, gooey center. Best of all, they have that shiny, crackly top just like traditional brownies.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 18 minutes
Total Time 28 minutes
Servings: 9 brownies

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips

Method

  1. Whisk the melted butter and sugar together, then beat in the eggs until glossy.
  2. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased pan that fits your air fryer.
  4. Air fry at 320F for 16 to 18 minutes until the top is set but the center is still soft.
  5. Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing so they hold together.

Notes

Pull them while the center still looks slightly underdone for that gooey texture; they firm up as they cool.
