Garlic Butter Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in dried parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nice grill marks appear.
  6. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the chicken breasts.
  7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the grilled chicken.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your juicy and flavorful Garlic Butter Grilled Chicken Breasts!

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the garlic butter sauce. This chicken pairs perfectly with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. If you don't have a grill, you can also cook these in a grill pan or a regular skillet.
