Ingredients
  

  • 16 strawberries hulled
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 16 wooden skewers 6-inch
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt optional, for dipping
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional, for yogurt dip

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly, then cut strawberries in half if they're large.
  2. Thread fruit onto skewers in a festive pattern—try alternating red and green colors for a Christmas vibe (strawberry, green grape, pineapple, red grape, blueberries).
  3. Arrange completed skewers on a large platter or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours ahead.
  5. If making yogurt dip, mix Greek yogurt with honey in a small bowl and refrigerate until serving.
  6. On Christmas morning, let skewers sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving with yogurt dip on the side.
