Four-Cheese Crescent Pull-Apart Bread

This is the cheesy pull-apart that nobody can stop eating. You stack the crescents with four cheeses and herbs and bake it in a loaf pan so everyone can tear off a piece. It doubles as a side dish or an appetizer — honestly it could be dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning together.
  3. Separate crescent dough into triangles, brush each with garlic butter, and layer with mixed cheeses.
  4. Stack the triangles in a loose pile, then place them sideways in the loaf pan.
  5. Pour any remaining garlic butter and cheese over the top.
  6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden and cheese is melted throughout.
  7. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
