Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method

  1. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and salt.
  2. Pat the salmon dry and brush the glaze generously over the tops.
  3. Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 400F for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Brush with any remaining glaze and serve.

Notes

Thinner fillets cook fast, so start checking at 8 minutes to avoid drying them out.
