Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat the fish dry and season both sides with chili powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the fish for three minutes per side until flaky.
  3. Stir the sour cream with the lime juice to make a quick crema.
  4. Toss the shredded cabbage with a little of the crema for the slaw.
  5. Warm the tortillas, then flake the fish into them.
  6. Top with the slaw, a drizzle of crema, and fresh cilantro.

Notes

Char the tortillas over an open flame for extra smoky flavor.
