Elf Hat Marshmallow Pops

Marshmallows are coated in green candy melts, and turned into cute little sprinkled elf hats on a stick!

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • 12 sugar ice cream cones mini
  • 1.5 cups green candy melts
  • 3 tbsp white sprinkles
  • 12 white candy pearls for hat tops

Method
 

  1. Push a lollipop stick into the flat end of each marshmallow.
  2. Melt the green candy melts in 30-second bursts until smooth.
  3. Dip a mini cone into the green coating and set it pointed-side up on a tray to make the hat.
  4. Dip each marshmallow in the coating and press it to the wide end of a cone to form the brim.
  5. Roll the brim in white sprinkles and add a candy pearl to the tip.
  6. Chill 5 minutes until the coating sets firm.

Notes

If the candy melts thicken, stir in a teaspoon of coconut oil to loosen them.
