Servings: 36 squares

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup eggnog
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 tsp rum extract

Method

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment, leaving an overhang for lifting.
  2. Warm the eggnog and butter in a saucepan over low heat until steaming.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until completely smooth.
  4. Mix in the nutmeg and rum extract, then pour into the prepared pan.
  5. Chill at least two hours until firm, then lift out and cut into small squares.

Notes

A little extra nutmeg dusted on top makes them look like tiny snowdrifts.
