Servings: 16 bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Heat oven to 350F and line a square pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, and flour into a batter.
  3. Fold in most of the chocolate chips and spread into the pan.
  4. Swirl the peanut butter on top and scatter the remaining chips.
  5. Bake 28 to 30 minutes until set, then cool before slicing.

Notes

A handful of chips on top gives those bakery-style melty pools.
