DIY Trail Mix Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit like raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, honey, and peanut butter. Mix well until everything is combined.
  2. Add in the mini chocolate chips and dried fruit. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once set, transfer the bites to an airtight container for storage. Keep them in the fridge for up to a week.
  7. Enjoy these tasty bites whenever you need a quick snack!
