Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken wings separated into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels, then place them in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then sprinkle over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and arrange the wings in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for another 12-13 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the wings cook, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl.
  6. Transfer the cooked wings to the bowl with the sauce and toss until completely coated.
  7. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
