Crescent Roll Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bites

These are the morning appetizer or brunch bite that makes your spread look put-together with zero stress. Scrambled eggs and cheddar baked in a crescent cup — grab-and-go friendly and totally customizable. Add bacon bits or diced peppers to whatever your crowd likes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons diced green onion

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a standard muffin tin.
  2. Press one crescent triangle into each muffin cup to form a shell.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of cheddar and bacon into each shell.
  5. Pour egg mixture into each shell, filling about three-quarters full, and top with remaining cheese and green onion.
  6. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until eggs are set and dough is golden.
  7. Let cool 2 minutes before removing from pan.
