Crescent Roll Cheeseburger Dip Cups

These little dip cups are genius — press crescent dough into a muffin tin, fill with a cheesy beef mixture, and bake. You get individual edible cups that are the life of any casual party. Kids and grown-ups eat them with equal enthusiasm.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced onion sautéed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Diced pickles for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a standard muffin tin.
  2. Mix browned beef, sautéed onion, cheddar, cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, and salt.
  3. Separate crescent dough and press one triangle into each muffin cup to form a shell.
  4. Spoon beef filling into each cup.
  5. Bake 13 to 15 minutes until dough is golden and filling is bubbly.
  6. Top with diced pickles and serve warm.
