Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet.

Roll dough into balls, then poke pretzel sticks into each as legs.

Bring water and baking soda to a boil and dunk each ball for 20 seconds, then transfer to the sheet.

Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake 10 to 12 minutes until deep golden.

Cool a few minutes and serve with warm cheese dip.
