Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package directions until 2 minutes shy of al dente, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and cream cheese to skillet, whisking until cream cheese is melted and sauce is smooth, about 3 minutes.
Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1/2 cup Parmesan until cheeses are melted.
Add cooked pasta, diced chicken, and half the bacon to the sauce, stirring until everything is well coated.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and bacon.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
