Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Creamy garlic-infused cheese melds with parmesan and fills delicate mushroom caps, baked until golden perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 button mushrooms stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean and arrange the caps on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, parsley, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon the filling generously into each mushroom cap.
  4. Toss the breadcrumbs with the olive oil and sprinkle over the tops.
  5. Bake at 375F until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden, about 20 minutes.

Notes

Serve these warm, when the centers are at their creamiest.
