Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into squares and press one into each muffin cup.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup and top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the brie is melty.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary before serving warm.

Notes

Serve these warm so the brie stays gooey.
