Cranberry Brie Bites

These easy crowd-pleaser appetizers are made with flaky crescent cups, melted Brie cheese, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube crescent dough
  • 8 oz brie cut into cubes
  • 0.75 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and cut into 24 small squares.
  3. Press a square into each muffin cup.
  4. Tuck a cube of brie into each cup and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  6. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden, then garnish with rosemary.

Notes

Let them cool a couple of minutes so the brie sets enough to lift out cleanly.
