Cranberry Bliss Bars

Blondie bars with cranberries and a drizzle of cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Whisk the melted butter and brown sugar, then beat in the eggs.
  2. Stir in the flour, then fold in the white chocolate chips and half the cranberries.
  3. Spread into a lined 9x9 pan and bake at 350F for 22-25 minutes until golden.
  4. Cool, then beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and spread over the top.
  5. Scatter the remaining cranberries over the frosting and cut into triangles.

Notes

Cut them into triangles for that signature coffee-shop look.
