Cranberry Bliss Bars

White chocolate blondies with cranberries and topped with a zesty cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients
  

  • 0.75 cup butter melted
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Whisk the melted butter and brown sugar, then beat in the eggs.
  2. Fold in the flour, white chocolate chips, and half the cranberries.
  3. Spread into a lined 9x13 pan and bake at 350F for about 25 minutes.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and spread over the bars.
  6. Top with the remaining cranberries and cut into triangles.

Notes

A drizzle of melted white chocolate on top makes them extra pretty.
