Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling for topping

Method
 

  1. Stir graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter together, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Beat cream cheese until completely smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread filling over chilled crust, smooth the top, and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  6. Release springform, top with cherry pie filling or fresh berries, and slice.
