Classic Jalapeño Poppers with Cream Cheese

Jalapeño poppers are a party staple for a reason — they're spicy, creamy, crispy, and basically impossible to stop eating. Bake them instead of frying to keep things easier and less messy. You can stuff them ahead of time and just bake when ready.
