Citrus Salad with Honey Mint Dressing

This is the kind of thing that makes the whole brunch spread feel intentional without requiring much work at all. You're just segmenting oranges and grapefruit and tossing them with a simple dressing. It looks gorgeous on the table.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 navel oranges peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 2 blood oranges peeled and sliced
  • 1 pink grapefruit peeled and segmented
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves torn
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Arrange orange rounds and grapefruit segments on a large flat plate or shallow bowl, overlapping slightly.
  2. Whisk honey and lime juice together in a small bowl. Drizzle over the fruit.
  3. Scatter torn mint leaves and pomegranate seeds over the top.
  4. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
