- For the Tortilla Chips: 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with the melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges and place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortilla chips are crispy and golden brown. Let cool.
- For the Fruit Salsa: 1 In a large bowl, combine the diced strawberries, apples, kiwi, and pineapple.
- Drizzle the honey and fresh lime juice over the fruit mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Serve the fruit salsa alongside the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips for dipping.
