Cinnamon Roll Wreath

Shaped for the holiday brunch table, this wreath-shaped cinnamon roll is warm, gooey, and iced to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough or sweet roll dough
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Roll the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  2. Spread with softened butter, then sprinkle on the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll up tightly from the long edge into a log.
  4. Shape the log into a ring on a lined sheet, pinch the ends, and snip slices halfway through all around.
  5. Bake at 350F for 22 to 25 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Whisk the powdered sugar with milk and drizzle over the warm wreath.

Notes

Twist each snipped slice slightly outward for that classic wreath look.
