Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls quartered
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Grease the crockpot and add the quartered cinnamon roll pieces, reserving the icing tubs.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, cream, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and toss gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, until the center is set and puffed.
  5. Warm the reserved icing and drizzle generously over the top before serving.

Notes

Cooks faster in some crockpots, so check at 2.5 hours for a set center.
