Christmas Marshmallow Wreaths

Mini wreaths made with marshmallows coated in green coconut with red candy berries for a festive treat!

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp green gel food coloring
  • 24 mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 36 red candy-coated chocolates

Method
 

  1. Toss the coconut with the green food coloring in a zip-top bag until evenly tinted.
  2. Dip each mini marshmallow into the melted white chocolate.
  3. Roll the coated marshmallows in the green coconut to cover.
  4. Arrange the coated marshmallows in small rings on parchment to form wreaths, pressing them together so they stick.
  5. Dot each wreath with red candies as berries and let set until firm.

Notes

Shaking the coconut and coloring in a bag keeps your hands from turning green.
