Add both types of chocolate chips to your slow cooker and set to low heat.
Cover and let the chocolate melt for 1 hour without stirring.
After 1 hour, add the dry roasted peanuts, raw peanuts, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the melted chocolate.
Stir gently to coat all the peanuts evenly with chocolate.
Cover and cook on low for another 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and drop the chocolate peanut mixture by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared sheets.
Let the clusters cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
