Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

This has a smooth peanut butter filling in a chocolate cookie crumble crust, and it is topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chocolate cookie crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 0.25 cup chocolate sauce

Method
 

  1. Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Spoon the filling into the chocolate cookie crust and smooth the top.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and chill at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

Freeze it for an hour before serving if you like an ice-cream-pie texture.
