Chocolate Drizzle Marshmallow Logs

Marshmallows coated in chocolate and sprinkled with cookie crumbs, then drizzled with chocolate for an extra neat finish.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 12 jumbo marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips melted
  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 2 tbsp green sprinkles for garnish

Method
 

  1. Dip each jumbo marshmallow into the melted milk chocolate to coat.
  2. Roll the coated marshmallows in the chocolate cookie crumbs to look like bark.
  3. Set the logs on parchment to firm up slightly.
  4. Drizzle the melted white chocolate back and forth over the logs.
  5. Scatter a few green sprinkles on top before the drizzle sets.

Notes

Drag a fork through the crumbs for an even more bark-like texture.
