Chocolate-Covered Pretzel Rods

Crunchy pretzel rods that are dipped in chocolate and rolled in some festive sprinkles.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 12 pretzel rods
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth and pourable.
  2. Dip each pretzel rod three-quarters of the way into the chocolate.
  3. Let the excess drip off, then immediately roll in festive sprinkles.
  4. Lay the dipped rods on parchment to set.
  5. Chill for 10 minutes until the chocolate firms up.

Notes

Stand them upright in a tall glass to dry for an even coat.
