Cheesy Sausage Crescent Ring

This pull-apart ring is a total showstopper for game day or holiday parties. You arrange the crescents in a circle and pile the sausage and cheese filling in the middle, then fold the points over. Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix cooked sausage, cheddar, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and green onion.
  3. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on the baking sheet with points facing outward and bases overlapping in the center, forming a sunburst shape.
  4. Spoon sausage filling in a ring over the overlapping base of the dough.
  5. Fold each dough point up and over the filling, tucking the tip under the base.
  6. Bake 22 to 25 minutes until golden all over.
  7. Serve warm with marinara or salsa in the center.
