Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix the cream cheese, Monterey Jack, and garlic powder until combined.
- Spoon the filling into each jalapeño half.
- Toss the panko with melted butter and sprinkle over the tops.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
