Cheese and Charcuterie Board

An arranged spread of grazing includes cured meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and crackers.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz brie
  • 8 oz aged cheddar
  • 6 oz sliced salami
  • 6 oz prosciutto
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup assorted crackers
  • 1/4 cup honey

Method
 

  1. Place small bowls of honey and any spreads on a large board first.
  2. Arrange the cheeses in different areas of the board and pre-slice the cheddar.
  3. Fold and fan the salami and prosciutto into ribbons and rosettes.
  4. Fill the gaps with grapes, dried apricots, and nuts.
  5. Tuck crackers along the edges and serve at room temperature.

Notes

Pull the cheeses out 30 minutes early so they soften and taste their best.
