Buffalo Chicken Dip

The dip is cheesy, creamy, and has a little kick to it from the buffalo chicken. It bubbles up and gets golden brown and is perfect for scooping up with tortilla chips or celery.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans canned chicken drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 2 stalks celery for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the drained chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch until well combined.
  3. Fold in half of the cheddar, then spread the mixture into the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar over the top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly around the edges.
  6. Serve warm with celery sticks and tortilla chips.

Notes

Add a splash more hot sauce if your crowd likes it fiery.
