Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce Frank's RedHot recommended
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Method

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until each piece is well coated with the buffalo mixture.
  4. Transfer the coated cauliflower to the slow cooker, spreading it out in a relatively even layer.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 2-2.5 hours or HIGH for 1-1.5 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  6. The cauliflower is done when it's tender but still has a slight bite to it—don't let it get mushy!
  7. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
