Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Crispy baked cauliflower florets in a spicy buffalo sauce, and great for dipping in ranch!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk flour, water, garlic powder, and salt into a smooth batter.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until evenly coated, then spread on the sheet.
  4. Bake 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp at the edges.
  5. Stir the buffalo sauce and melted butter together, then toss the florets to coat.
  6. Return to the oven 5 more minutes and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil for the last 2 minutes.
