Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup apples diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Press the graham crumbs and butter into lined muffin cups.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Spoon over the crusts and bake at 325F for 20 to 22 minutes.
  4. Sauté the apples with cinnamon until soft.
  5. Cool the cheesecakes, chill 2 hours, then top with the cinnamon apples.
