Cook Time 18 minutes
Total Time 33 minutes
Servings: 24 tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz brie cut into cubes
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

Method

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares, then press into a mini muffin tin.
  2. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  3. Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce and a few chopped pecans.
  4. Bake at 400F for 16 to 18 minutes until the pastry is golden and the brie is melty.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and serve warm.

Notes

Let them cool a couple minutes before lifting, since the melted brie is molten hot at first.
