Brie and Cranberry Phyllo Cups

Crisp phyllo pastry bites filled with warm, melty brie cheese and a spoonful of tart cranberry sauce. The perfect two-bite portion size of that holiday cheese board everyone hovers around!

Servings: 15 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 15 mini phyllo cups pre-baked
  • 4 oz brie rind on, cut into 15 small cubes
  • 5 tbsp whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans optional
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 350°F and set the phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  2. Drop a cube of brie into each cup.
  3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes, until the brie is soft and just melting.
  4. Top each with about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, a few pecans, and a pinch of thyme. Serve warm.

Notes

Assemble the brie cups ahead and refrigerate; bake and top right before guests arrive.
